Covid-19 Level 3 (August 2020) Announcement

To all Revolution I.T. customers,

As you are probably now aware, from 12pm today (Wednesday 12th August 2020) Auckland will move to Alert Level 3 to help manage the Covid-19 outbreak.

Our commitment to provide the support you need to settle into your Work From Home environments remains our central focus, and obviously still supporting you during this time of uncertainty is our priority.

Our ticket and call volumes during this time will be high, but rest assured, all staff are working through your requests as fast as they can.


Essential Support Details are as follows:

Non-Urgent Requests
Please send an email to with your request, and our technicians will be working through these and contact you as soon as possible.

To Setup the Ability to Work from Home (Remote Access)
Please send these requests to and we will contact you with instructions on how to access your systems.

Urgent/Business Critical Requests
Please call 09 973 4770 option 1, and the team will be able to work through your issue.


If you need any laptops or desktop computers during this time, please contact us via so that we can discuss and action your requirements. We can also arrange voice over IP (voip) phone systems if needed. You can view more details here.
